This section explains how to move orders from the 'Outsource New Orders' queue to the 'New Orders' queue, and from the 'Outsource Life of Loan Updates' queue to the 'Life of Loan Updates' queue. Moving orders from the Outsource queues to the internal mapper queues facilitates the ability to balance the workload among onsite and outsource mappers. It's important to note that when orders are moved, they are not assigned to a specific mapper.
- From the Manage Work tab, select one of the following queues: Outsource New Orders or Outsource Life of Loan Updates. The Outsource New Orders queue is shown in the screen sample below.
- Select the checkboxes of the orders you want to move, then click the Move Orders To New Orders Queue button.
- Click the New Orders queue. The New Orders queue displays with the orders you slected to move. The order Type for the orders you moved displays as 'New Order'. Again, the moved are not assigned to a mapper. Onsite mappers can retrieve orders moved from an outsource queue to an onsite queue by using the Retrieve button on the My Work tab.
- To move more orders, click either the Outsource New Orders or Outsource Life of Loan Updates queue then repeat this procedure.
